We’ve recently launched a support offering that allows our Customers and other businesses using Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service along with custom Power Platform built application, to contract with TrellisPoint to provide support.

What type of support is included?

  • Ad-hoc requests for new fields, workflows, views and dashboards
  • Training and documentation for D365 CE application and processes
  • In-depth analysis and resolution of issues when classified as a defect
  • Maintain integrations with related applications and customizations
  • Packages can be tailored to include tasks such monitoring CRM data usage, managing Dynamics 365 version updates, managing email integration tools and workflows, and running system jobs on a regular basis.
