We’re looking for a client-focused Project Manager to lead customer-facing technology initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll guide projects from kickoff to completion—ensuring timelines, communication, and outcomes all exceed expectations.
The Responsibilities of a Project Manager
Deliver with Precision
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources while maintaining accountability and transparency at every stage of execution.
Be the Client Partne
Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating meetings, updates, and checkpoints that keep communication strong and goals aligned.
Mitigate Risks and Maintain Quality
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and deliverables in partnership with Solution Architects and Consultants to ensure quality outcomes.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Uphold TrellisPoint’s delivery standards and ensure smooth handoffs to our Client Growth & Innovation team for long-term client success.
Qualifications for the Project Manager Role
Proven Project Leadership
5+ years managing enterprise technology, CRM, or ERP implementation projects with measurable results.
Methodology Expertise
Strong grasp of project management frameworks—Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid—and the ability to apply the right approach for each engagement.
Client-Focused Mindset
Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or delivery environment, supported by exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Technical and Organizational Strength
Proficiency with tools like Teamwork, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail.
Professional Certification Preferred
PMP or comparable certification is highly valued and reflects your commitment to excellence in project management.
