For instance, the early access period starting July 31, 2023, will allow customers and partners to validate the latest features in a non-production environment. This initiative emphasizes Microsoft's dedication to user empowerment and streamlined operations across various applications.

In Dynamics 365 Marketing, businesses can look forward to creating highly personalized experiences for their customers, with updates planned for September 2023.
