Fragmented Microsoft Stack
CRM, ERP, Power Platform, and Copilot installed in silos. Data does not flow between them, reporting requires manual exports, and AI cannot see the full picture.
TrellisPoint is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications with 17+ years of experience implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure for mid-market and growth-focused organizations across the United States.
Most mid-market teams already own Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses. The gap is rarely the technology. It is the strategy, governance, and delivery muscle to turn those licenses into measurable outcomes.
CRM, ERP, Power Platform, and Copilot installed in silos. Data does not flow between them, reporting requires manual exports, and AI cannot see the full picture.
Copilot licenses purchased and rolled out without a clear use-case, adoption, or oversight plan. The capability exists but no one can prove it is producing value.
Multi-year projects with constantly shifting scope, drained budget, and no production deliverables. The team is fatigued before the system is even live.
Since 2009, TrellisPoint has helped mid-market organizations across the United States turn Microsoft investments into measurable results. The numbers below reflect our cumulative delivery work, not marketing rounding.

A Microsoft Solutions Partner is a consulting firm Microsoft has certified to deliver solutions in one of six designation areas. It replaced the older Gold and Silver Partner program in 2022, and partners are re-evaluated by Microsoft every year against three categories.
TrellisPoint holds Microsoft's Solutions Partner for Business Applications designation. That designation requires a firm to demonstrate performance, certified skilling, and customer success across the full Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack. It is the credential most relevant when you are evaluating a partner for CRM, ERP, low-code application development, business intelligence, or process automation work.
Active, verifiable revenue across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Project Operations, Business Central, and the broader Power Platform stack.
A certified consultant bench in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure fundamentals. Our delivery team carries the role-based Microsoft Certifications required to architect and configure the products we sell and implement.
Documented production deployments, active usage, and adoption metrics. Our 95% client retention rate and 300+ implementation history reflect what Microsoft measures inside the Solutions Partner scoring model.
Our Microsoft consulting services map to the four product pillars that drive most mid-market projects. Each pillar covers strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support. We work across them together rather than treating them as separate motions.
CRM and ERP strategy, implementation, integration, and lifecycle optimization across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Project Operations, Business Central, and Customer Voice. We align processes, data architecture, and reporting so adoption, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance actually improve.
Typical Buyer
Sales, service, or operations leaders modernizing legacy CRM (Salesforce, Infor / Saleslogix, on-prem D365) or replacing disconnected point tools.
Power BI reporting, Power Apps development, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages portals, and enterprise governance frameworks. We turn manual processes into scalable, secure automation with lifecycle control, so your low-code estate does not become tomorrow's technical debt.
Typical Buyer
IT and operations leaders who already have Power Platform licenses and need structure, governance, and an architecture that can scale beyond citizen developer experiments.
Copilot readiness assessments, use-case design, governance planning, and deployment across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot for Sales, and Copilot for Service. Delivered through our AI Value Engine, a structured framework that moves organizations from AI Ready, to AI Process Accelerator, to ongoing Agent Ops.
Typical Buyer
Executives who have approved Copilot licensing but need a defensible plan for adoption, governance, and ROI measurement before scaling.
Azure platform services that extend the value of business applications: integration, secure data movement, application hosting, infrastructure modernization, and the data and AI services that Copilot and Dynamics 365 depend on. We cover Azure as a partner of the Microsoft business apps stack, not as a generalist hyperscaler practice.
Typical Buyer
Leaders modernizing on-prem systems or building the Azure data and integration layer their Dynamics 365 or Power Platform deployments require.
Organizations across every sector face unique operational, regulatory, and growth challenges. TrellisPoint helps companies apply Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI to modernize business systems, improve visibility, and support scalable operations.
Improve production planning, supply chain visibility, and inventory management with connected Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions built for modern manufacturing environments.

Connect field operations, project management, and financial systems to improve forecasting, cost control, and real-time visibility across construction projects.

Modernize client onboarding, compliance processes, and relationship management with secure CRM and AI-enabled business applications.

Align sales, delivery, and subscription operations with integrated CRM and business systems designed to support scalable growth and automation.

Most Microsoft partners can stand up a Dynamics 365 instance or run a Copilot pilot. Fewer can connect those decisions to measurable business outcomes and stay engaged long enough to prove they paid off. Here is how we work.
Our Process
We follow a time-tested, five-step framework designed to minimize risk, maximize adoption, and ensure measurable business outcomes, every time.

Buyer-focused guides, blog posts, and frameworks on Copilot, Dynamics 365, and where Microsoft AI is producing measurable returns.
Whether you are evaluating Dynamics 365, planning a Copilot rollout, or modernizing your Azure footprint, we start with outcomes, not products. Share your goals and we will respond with practical next steps tailored to your environment.

A Microsoft Solutions Partner is a consulting and technology firm that Microsoft has certified to deliver solutions in one or more of its six designation areas: Business Applications, Modern Work, Security, Infrastructure (Azure), Data & AI (Azure), and Digital & App Innovation (Azure). The program replaced the older Microsoft Gold Partner program in 2022. To earn a designation, a firm must meet ongoing performance, skilling, and customer success requirements, evaluated annually by Microsoft.
Yes. TrellisPoint holds the Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications designation, covering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. We also operate as a Microsoft Cloud AI Partner with active capabilities in Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI. Founded in 2009, we have shipped 300+ Microsoft business applications implementations for clients across the United States.
Microsoft Solutions Partner replaced Microsoft Gold Partner and Silver Partner in October 2022. The new program is organized around six cloud-aligned designation areas instead of dozens of product competencies, and partners are evaluated annually on performance, skilling, and customer success metrics tied to active Microsoft cloud workloads. If a firm still markets itself as a Gold Partner today, the credential is outdated.
TrellisPoint provides Microsoft consulting services across four pillars: Dynamics 365 implementation and optimization (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Project Operations, Business Central), Power Platform architecture and governance (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), Microsoft Copilot and AI enablement (delivered through our AI Value Engine framework), and Azure cloud consulting for integration, data, and infrastructure modernization. We also handle Microsoft licensing, migrations from Salesforce or Infor/Saleslogix, and ongoing managed support plans.
Timeline depends on scope and complexity. Copilot enablement, focused Power Platform builds, or workflow optimizations are typically a few weeks. A full Dynamics 365 deployment usually spans several months when integrations and data migration are involved. During our initial Discovery conversation we provide a realistic timeline based on your environment rather than a generic estimate. We do not run multi-year implementations with no deliverables in the first phase.
Not every business is ready for AI. We start by assessing your goals, operational bottlenecks, and data maturity through our AI Value Engine framework. Sometimes the better first move is to optimize processes through Power Platform automation or clean up Dynamics 365 data before introducing Copilot. If AI is not the right fit yet, we will tell you. Our focus is achieving outcomes, not pushing tools.
Microsoft sells the products. A Microsoft Solutions Partner like TrellisPoint scopes, implements, optimizes, and supports them, with a single point of contact across licensing, services, and escalation. You get implementation expertise, configured business processes, training, and partner-of-record support. We can also handle Microsoft licensing on your behalf with right-sizing reviews at every renewal.
