Business Development Sales Executive
You must be a self-starter with prior success selling high-end, complex SAAS solutions to top IT and business decision-makers within the B2B midmarket and enterprise spaces. You have experience in accounts ranging from $75K to $300K with a 3–6-month sales cycle.
You must have the mindset of a true hunter. You don’t wait for opportunities—you chase them. You have a strong intrinsic motivation; you thrive in outbound environments and excel at turning prospects into long-term clients. Your ability to listen, ask the right questions, and deliver value makes you a natural at consultative selling. You handle rejection with ease and know how to keep the momentum going. Rejection only motivates you to work harder, and you know exactly when to push for a close, never letting deals slip away to indecision.
You don’t need constant approval or direction and bring a proven ability to stay focused, overcome objections, and close deals. You’re a networking machine, consistent and relentless in your prospecting and relationship development; you schedule meetings with precision. You have strong sales instincts, staying in the moment, and making the right moves to reach your goals.
