Senior Techno-Functional Consultant Job Description



We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our team as a Delivery Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical development and functional analysis within the Dynamics 365 CE environment. This role will focus on developing 365 CE solutions while also gathering and analyzing business requirements to ensure the 365 CE system meets the needs of our organization and clients.


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CE implementation and enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design 365 CE solutions that align with best practices.
  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications, forms, workflows, and plugins to meet business needs.
  • Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conduct system testing, deployment, and support activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and end-users on Dynamics 365 CE functionality and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful 365 CE projects on time and within budget.


  • Proven experience (at least 7 years) working on Dynamics 365 CE projects.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) working as a Dynamics 365 CE consultant.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE technical concepts including but not limited to: ability to build schema, create Power Automate Flows, create workflows, write Javascript, write Plugins, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong personal time management and prioritization skills.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service Management
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects
    • Microsoft Co-Pilot experience
