Although Microsoft will stop selling new Project Service Automation licenses on October 1, 2020, you have ample time to plan the transition to the new Project Operations app.
For CSPs – PSA software will remain operational and licenses can be renewed through October 1, 2022.
For EAs – PSA software will remain operational and licenses can be renewed through October 1, 2024.
Support and maintenance for PSA will continue until October 2024.

Microsoft is offering a migration path for current PSA and Dynamics 365CE & Plan 2 licenses to Project Operations. Current PSA customers will be grandfathered into their current licensing agreement.
